I have two books in my cabinet one from both spiritual gurus. After this for me no need for and nothing else to read or to listen to someone. Karma is something we put on our timeline. Every event you put on your timeline is your Karma. If you don't put anything, there is some default momentum going on. -Guru Pashupati. If somebody can't comprehend this sentence and the importance of it, he/she sure needs spiritual help. It can't be said this better in any other way.
One aspect I feel that was missed out was the aspect of Shakti in women who is going through menopause or has completely paused. Not all of these women are that old. So how do such women channelize their energies?

Interesting, there is no black and white. There are always exceptions to every rule which is why it is not steadfast. Maybe I was gifted before I was born as when I was younger my cycle was hardly even noticeable, super short, and sometimes I would go months without having a cycle. I have always been a go get it done kind of person, as an artist, as a holistic therapist, and someone who works with horses and on horses hooves. I get that some women have problems with their cycles, I can't imagine what that is like. I never had pms. or pain. I lifted horses legs which could sometimes exert force to withstand of very heavy weight and it's never been any issue what day of the month I was working. Now that I don't need to worry about such things anymore, thinking back on it now, it was never a cause of weakness, it changed nothing for me.

The society needs couples and well balanced families but there is a new category in society these days which are single individuals.
