    1) He's getting older.

    3) He's in pain constantly.
    4) 14 hours on set as opposed to going to 4 different cities on the weekend.

    That's the problem with wrestling fans. It doesn't matter WHAT somebody does most of the time, they'll find a reason to hate simply to hate. Not because somebody is doing something wrong, but because this person gets pushed more than one person. People should learn to criticize the booking and writing more than the wrestlers. Roman has always been a top performer in the ring who has put on great memorable matches, same with cena. And cena even has the charisma and mic skills to boot. I firmly believe Roman could have better mic skills if he had more freedom to say whatever like when he had that promo segment vs cena. Or even his Leukemia announcement. Genuineness Always makes better product.

      You're 100% incorrect. Through the years, let's just say, the past 15 years, the company has made many stupid choices with most of their wrestlers acting dumb putting them on stupid storylines with stupid gimmicks. What you got? Audience confuse on who to cheer because they book their wrestlers like dogshit, that's why people got tired of Cena about a year after he won his first WWE title, because he didn't changed, NOT a bit, and his booking didn't helped at all, same with Reigns, they don't care about boos or cheers, only reactions, there's no storytelling/characters anymore, only a bunch of lazy assholes, including Vince McMahon, handling all of this mess like fucks no given, they have the money from merchandise and other big deals, who cares about low TV ratings? FOX gave us a lot of money, it's fine.
      I could go on and on why the product sucks donkey dick, but hey, I'm sure you would call me something retarded (sorry, I can't say that word nowadays it seems).

    pretty amazing how long Cena was a full timer for... like 15 years, on the road. live events, Raw, Smackdown, pay per views, and he was only out for an injury, 2x i think! and it wasnt for long. Cena's worth ethic was unbelievable. he carried the company from 05-15!

    The day Cena does decide to turn Heel, will be must see tv. His mic/promos are flawless, his acting career will train him to play the heel perfectly, and after 25/30 years of-sayin your prayers…. I mean hustle loyalty respect , will be something that would bring eyes back to the product

    It's cool to hear John explain how wrestlers become part time in their wrestling because of the cinema business. As a fan, I may not see these things, but now I understand how it will affect the workers in the movie business. He also credits the Rock for opening opportunities for other wrestlers to pursue a career in movies. The Rock was thinking big. How many wrestlers or athletes are able to do that? It's good to see your favorites go into other outlets in their career.

    Why do people care about Cena's hair style , he's a middle aged man who's balding at his prime of Hollywood career . I can't believe that a man who has done so much to entertain us and influence our children alot better than most parents get such foul criticism instead of appreciation .

  • @88fanforlife
    @88fanforlife 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    I feel it’s kinda ignorant to compare John Cena being a part timer movie star like the rock because I feel Cena has more than put in his time as a wrestler. Rock was on tv full time from 96 to around 2002 2003. John Cena started on tv in 2002 and went part time in 2016. John has had a very long career and has earned a part timer status I believe. Also John Cena still says the wwe is his home and he even said it in this that when he gets free time he does live events for wwe. When Rock went to do movies full time he wanted to cut the tie with wrestling, he didn’t wanna be known as the guy who used to be in wrestling he didn’t wanna be called the rock. So I don’t think it’s right to compare the 2

    • @leotisbennett6033

      DaleE988 rock is the most over person in the world.. he does what he wants for the most part. your right you cant compare.. the rock and his era was the peak of wrestling while cena era was not.. rock deserved everything he got by. evolving his character and etc while cena never evolved after turning face. he was handed everything bc he was a big guy and. the chosen one

    • @jk7738
      @jk7738 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Rock was the greatest and gave everything for the WWE, he was one of the key reasons that WWE still exists, and that the wrestling industry got as big as it did. He left at the right time, and fair play to him. He has a career for life now. Would love it if he came back once more, but he gave me some of my best childhood memories so if he doesn't, it still never makes me question his commitment to wwe. Always will be the best.

    Looking at characters like John Cena or Roman reigns.
    It goes to show how important it is to have wrestlers that still get loud boos. Even if they are meant to be a babyface, the boos still attract the reaction. And it’s still fun to watch.
    When I started watching wwe as a kid, I hated all the heels. In recent years, I finally realized why having huge heels is vital.
    There needs to be that balance between the 2 wrestlers, for their rivalry and to make each other look good etc.
