finally a good episode other than scams, robbing from 15 countries without getting caught shows how strong our police force is!

17:53 - Wei Qingyou was convicted of housebreaking to commit theft and was sentenced to 24 months' imprisonment. One wrong action, a lifetime of regret.
And also multiple years behind bars for being on the wanted list in multiple countries. He did mention the houses he broke into for different territories
I doubt this chinese national or most of them.will.show remorse.
In fact, this guy felt proud of committing burglary in 15 countries but he was caught red handed this time.

This means Singapore is low crime doesn't mean No crime. I live in a landed house 4 levels main gate and sides all have CCTV in motion detection and motion tracking plus light motion detection too.

Inspector Nick Han resigned from the police force after Season 4, and switched to house breaking. I was laughing away when I recognized him right away by the eyes, and his greying hair. Plus his average build of about 1.68 m, when he ran across the field.

When I saw the masked burglar, I was wondering why does he look so familiar?? I looked closely at the eyes and average height (as I had seen Sunny in person and even took photo with him a few times). I laughed the moment his face was revealed in the X-Factor CCTV 😂😂

More importantly, more houses in other countries could have been broken into had Wei Qingyou not been arrested given he stated he had housebroken into houses of more than 15 countries
He will be sent to multiple countries to face his punishment which will last for years if not more than a decade behind bars given he is a fugitive housebreaker.
It’s been quite a while since Crimewatch last presented a murder case…

I think that's just the minimum required evidence set. CCTVs are everywhere, fingerprints were collected (probably compared with fingerprints in biometric passport in the airport), everything else was constructed in parallel

The burglar took off his cap right after scanning his passport at Changi Airport... Even smiled as he thought he could pass the gantry and make it to the transit hall smoothly. His face quickly faded the moment the police officer told him to step out. Then when he saw 2 more cops behind him, he knew there was no chance of escape. In his mind, he was prob going "S**t, Ni Nao Hia...!!"
Robbed 15 countries and first time got caught. Kudos to the best police forces in the world from singapore.

That's Adam Chen, he's been in showbiz since 2001. He also stars as Noah Ong on Sunny Side Up, and portrayed Adam Tong on Tanglin from 2015 to 2018.

@@mavinaxi163 yes I know about Adam's Chinese name, and I also know he joined showbiz at the same time as Jeanette Aw. I even took photo with him a few times. I thought the tattoo is on the left upper arm? there's photos of him in singlets. He also added a few small tattoos on his torso, as seen in a recent Chinese drama.

Impressively fast for Crimewatch team to come out with this episode, consider this China national housebreaking case(s, it is a gang crime), only reported a month ago.
Edit: My bad. Turns out Wei Qingyou case is its own individual case in 1 September 2023. He was being arrested the next day in airport...which is impressively fast.
So looking forward for the next year of Crimewatch featuring 10 Chinese national robbing syndicate.

I had an old schoolmate who went to Detention Barracks for 10 months due to drug consumption during NS, he told me and several others that his time there felt like eternity, told us not to repeat the mistake he made.
