I was always amazed when my male friends were so macho that they couldn't let their girlfriends drive because they could hold their liquor. Many times I just walked away and found another way home while avoiding an argumentative drunk that you can't reason with. Get a taxi or let her drive home. As a teen my sister babysat for an off duty cop and the wife paid her in the house and she was in the car before she realized he was drunk. He refused to stop or let her out. When she got home and told my dad he said nothing but hopped in his Oldsmobile 442 convertible that could hit 140 mph pretty quick. He forced the cop to stop his car, removed him from his car and took his keys. No idea what transpired between them on the side of the road but my dad came home with a huge smile on his face. We were told to not say anything to anyone and just the look of shame on the cops face at any public function was fantastic. He knew our dad was a better man than he could ever be. I am sure all his misfortunes will be blamed on her once they are alone, the way she just stood their calmly makes me think this ain't her first trip to the rodeo.

He asked him 4500 times to get out the car about four of them nicely. But instead you start your “I can repeat a sentence” schtick which in the end got him fried like a two piece with a biscuit. None of it would’ve happened had he listened and followed instruction. This was not a case of miss treatment because of police brutality. mr Higgins was not the sharpest knife in the drawer , he assumed because the officers were not wearing body cams he could sue the city for a million dollars
You don’t get to refuse the officers lawful commands during a traffic stop. You’re not entitled to speak to a supervisor, simply because you demand one, in order to decide if you’re going to cooperate or not. That’s not a thing, it’s delusional fictional rule that some dopy bastard made up online. Either you cooperate or you get detained, as the contract you signed when you got your license, and when you registered and insured your car, indicates. It’s really as simple as that. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Actions have consequences 🤷🏻♀️
Exactly. TH-cam lawyers, 1st Amendment Auditors, Moors, Sovereign Citizens all resist law and order.
"... That some dopey bastard made up online..."
😂😂😂😂
Doubt he has any if that stuff
I would have introduced him to shock and awe after the second time I asked him to get out of the vehicle.
In the face?
Sadist.
“I do what I want to do.” So I guess he wanted to get tased that day. 🤣🤣🤣
The driver is channeling Richard Pryor and I thank him for that.
Should've known something bad was going to happen to them sooner or later with a license plate that reads, "995 Why ME?"
In Germany, no police officer will stop you alone at this Time. They come in a van with min. 2 - 6 troopers.
Respekt!
Grüße aus Deutschland.
FR, btw there is another police car in the distance
That’s really sad that they need to
@@allisonjames2923 Germany is way safer than the US, they don't "need to" do it. it's just the better/safer thing to do in the first place. How many US cops died that would still be alive if they had a partner with them at all times? How many criminals managed to run bc there wasn't a backup officer?
@@theov.6919 korrekt
@@7enty7en83 That's right, but in Germany there would also be at least 2-6 officers in this vehicle.
What no screaming woman? Pretty sure at 16:22 she swiped right and upgraded for the night. She seems out of his league for sure. The way she says I live just around the corner shows class and respect not to go postal on the cops where she lives.
She complied, got out of the car right away, very respectful and guess what she wasn’t tased
Wow! He absolutely refused to cooperate and he absolutely got tased. He absolutely is not getting a penny in his absolutely imaginary lawsuit.
Why? Failure to comply with a simple lawful order after 20 repetitions...that's why.
I bet this video went over real well in court.
After refusing to follow instructions multiple times, the tazer ...... then lays there, " You didn't need to do none of that ". Priceless ..... absolutely priceless. Will they never learn, if you don't comply, they'll comply you for you.
Funny how the attitude changes once they ride the lighting. And that folks is why you record everything.
🤣
His attitude changed??? Didn't seem like it 😳
@@eriksand9262 He's no longer doing whatever he feels like is he? Notice how its "you didn't have to do that" He's still where they told him to go whether he wanted to or not. So yeah the attitude got adjusted. They always keep talking afterwards like it didn't hurt.
Another drunk driver off the road well done trooper
And they wonder why?
8:27
Well that introduction went well, very well I'd say. Tough guy tased.
You can do what you want but taser says otherwise don't it!
You weren't shot you were tased fool & your hands weren't up you weren't complying with orders lucky you the TRP didn't confuse the weapons.
I agree 100% with those Troopers he got four or more warnings that I counted and they had every right to tease him that's in any state you live in at least he did not drive off and cause a fatal accident
Me: "Get out the car." My 4 year old: "You're not gonna do nothing."
Tasers are cheap on amazon🤣🤣🤣🤣
I love the ASP. Very kind and courteous, but they take absolutely zero crap from anyone. "Step out of car please, sir." Asks again, and then he opens the door and starts getting him out.
10/10. Perfect example of everyone knows Case Law. He sure listened quickly and turned over when he was tazed!! Classic! I think round 2 is warranted. 🛎 🛎🛎 Let’s all hold our breath for the million dollar lawsuit. 🙄😮💨
The only one who is getting rich is the attorneys ... thugs are not victims
Lol
I love when they fall backwards like Daryl when he was drunk at the Christmas party.
Why resist? It's just part of the culture!!!
I love these circular arguments people engage in. They think if they can confuse you enough you won't know which end is up.
That’s the funniest thing I’ve seen all day
YES!! Now that's a cop with balls. He did exactly what needs to be done with dirtbags like this guy. I can only imagine what the court case outcome will be and I am sure it will be positive for the drunk but at least the officer dropped him like a bag of dirt.
I don't believe the taser was tuned to max scream but to fall down mode - driver could be impaired since requests were not followed until shock was added
He has the best license plate “YME” 😂😂😂
Good catch! I didn’t see that.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣dmv knew him
@@rhondasheldon6097 I kept reading it over and over and didn't catch it 😂
A Trooper asks you to get on the ground. Do you A) Comply; or B) “Do what the f*ck you want to do?” 😂😂😂
Play stupid games win stupid prizes!!!! Great job officers!!!!
Just get out of the vehicle. People love to argue...and then take off, and create a mess when they crash into someone.
They asked the guy a gazillion times to do what all the rest of us gotta do, when we get stopped for a DUI.
One of the top ten famous last words... "You ain't going to taze me....AAAHGH!!!!"
Hahaha, they always understand the commands once they get zapped
*Refuses 30+ commands from officers
*Informed to comply or get tazed
*Gets tazed
asks “Why?…. Why?…. Why?”
🤣🤣🤣
It’s funny that sometimes the taser has no effect whatsoever while on other times it drops them in their tracks.
"You didnt have to do it" "you didnt have to do any of it" he done told you a bunch of times and well I guess Mr Taser introduced you to squealing....if it had been me I'd tell you 3 times 4th time your getting tased ...officer
showed a lot of patience and restraint
When he asked WHY it was awful hard i bet for the officer not to just say "Because your Stupid". Awesome restraint on his part. 👮
This was him being hardheaded while the police had ample evidence that he had been drinking and driving.
That’s a 10 performance! The scream was Extra 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
"Taser! Taser! Taser!"
"Aaaahhhhhhhhh!"
😂😂😂😂😂
Now I call that some excellent hands on training.
All he kept saying was “I turned arounnddd” boy they said get on the ground not turn around😭😂
Driver: I read case law!!
Must not have read Mimms vs Pennsylvania. Oops
😂😂😂
Judging from the size of the Tasers, I think they’re either X2s or Taser 7s.
Sadly they had to do that when you prove noncompliant.
I love how he asks why lol 😂🤣🤦🏻♂️
Cause his license tag says Y ME
You can try to explain to someone who is dumb ... but they dont listen cause they dumb
8:27
Is there a book “Being an Idiot, For Dummies” that is secretly being shared by these geniuses?
Yeah, it's called Blacks Law Dictionary(or something like that)
Comes from watching joy reid spout her racist rants on TV
There is, but, in a cruel twist of irony, they can't read it
Taser taser taser….”whaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!! Why?!” 😂
It's funny that his tag says Y ME
8:27
this is what happens parents are roommates instead of parents with their kids.
The way he fell though😂
TIMBER!
😂😂😂😂😂
@@randallsmerna384 8:13
That was funny, I don’t care what you say
well hes correct none of that had to happen. should have just got out of the car lmao
All the mainstream media would show is a loop .00003 seconds before he was tazed and that beautiful fall over and over and over and over again 100 million times on all the channels.
When the trooper tazed him, he forgot to yell, "timber!"
hhahaha
