Hi Black Birdie Golf, Which model are you referring to? Both are beautiful. But I don’t have figures for the model upgrades. Most pools run from $60k- $100k depending on the features you add. The price of pools usually includes the lanai pavers and screen enclosure. And possibly heaters. Hope that helps.

Have you noticed the prices of pools going up through the years or do they roughly stay the same? We will put money down on a new build in 5 years. I want a bigger pool, heated and a Jacuzzi. I love the pavers of this pool design.
