i’m looking at this exact same set up for $150 from a friend to restock my quiver a bit as i’m down to a 5’10 true twin Rastovich copy which is a go to board as the wave in Atlantic City NJ USA has gone mushy besides the hurricane swell n winter swells. i’m 5’10 155 ish so thinking this 6’0 stealth would be good in 3-6ft+ n winter waves wearing 5/4 boots/gloves w the volume ...hmmm did u have it as thruster or quad? thanks for upload

Hey mate! Such a sick vid, so good watching these when at work, it’s therapeutic in some way when there’s no swell! Do you use your FDR with or without the housing unit? I’ve found it to be heavy when used on the mouth mount, let me know!

Hey man, stoked you like the videos, and you watch them at work 🤣👍
The housing for the FDR is what allows the camera to be Waterproof. So i cant not use it, though i do agree it's on the heavier side... but you get used to it, only really notice it when i go for multiple long sessions.
      Thanks for watching bro 🤙

You NSWers are kissed, man. Nothing on the Sunshine Coast. Have barely surfed this past month

Hahah yeah i spose, it's usually pretty average, though almost always a wave somewhere. In contrast to up north it seems to be flat, or pumping! and when it's on, it's world class.

I usually try to buy used boards that are basically new but the owner didn’t like the size, at a huge discount. However it looks even cheaper just to buy a damaged board and fix it up. What do you prefer?

hey dude, yeah finding those near new boards at a good discount is great, It's certainly cheaper to buy a damaged board and repair it, but you get what you pay for, and the repair process can be time consuming, and no guarantee on purchase that the board doesn't have any deeper damage that you can only find after the repair process has started... Once water get in the board it cause a host of problems. Id probably prefer buying a 2nd hand good condition board that doesn't need any repairs.

Glad you found a new board. Is this a temporary board or are you sticking with this one for a while

I think ill keep this in my quiver, but it is no replacement for the Madcat, The shape with the slightly beefy dims makes it more of a small wave HPS, so i'll hang onto it for summer.
Have Added a few more board's to the rack since this one as well ;)
