That is really awesome. I am enjoying the Palo Duro videos. I have only been there one time for an overnight stay. Didn't get to do a lot of exploring. I had to think about that title for a minute. Took me a minute to realize that the slot canyons are called the Central Utah slot canyons. Not that they are in central Utah. 🤔 Have a wonderful day my friend!!!😊
Thank you for watching! Yeah they do have a confusing name, but the person who named them thought they looked similar to the slot canyons they'd seen in Utah. I definitely want to get out there and look for more, but now it looks like you need a special use permit
Hike looks like it would definitely be too challenging for me. But man oh man. What a gorgeous hike it is. Those slot canyons are so pretty. I didn't even realize Palo Duro had this. So awesome that you took this hike. And even more awesome that you shared it with all of us.
Parts were definitely tough! Yeah the park keeps them secret and recently restricted the area and locals hate sharing the locations. So it takes a lot of work to find one and now it's even harder to visit one legally. Even tho it's in public land.
@@BaryNusz I didn't. I saw it on the way in and out. I just thought it was a game cam. I was also operating under old information and didn't know how contentious those areas were until I saw some of your recent videos.
@@AdventureswithBeeGee they likely didn't have anyone on hand to wait by your vehicle. A recent group of hikers who did get a ticket, hired a lawyer and they dropped the charges. Interesting times. We're still trying to work with the park to relieve all this mess.

Loved the content. Really enjoyed watching👍❤️
I'm glad and thank you!
This is amazing
I agree! It's too bad the park is actively working to keep people away from them
Did you get a ticket? You walked right by a Park Police cellphone camera :)

Where did you start, if you don’t mind me asking?
Just be aware that part of the park you're no longer authorized to enter. I think the general start point is near big cave though
@@AdventureswithBeeGee awesome thank you
❤ I am glad 1st like ❤ still watching 😂
Thank you!
