It's fake news to make money. Acted out by EMTV crew because, police have no record of it, even no police report of the said investigation, if there was an investigation. Cheap journalism!
Credits to the women driver who drive defensively, those useless street tugs must fully investigated and must face the full force of Law, they portray bad image for our Capital City POM and the country PNG as a whole, this type of unless childish attitude must be stopped.

Police always giving excuses about man power. What about those loaded military looking trucks that takes on street vendors? This is an act that shows the result of poor policing in these areas.
The news reporter didn't mentioned that it was an Australian mother, it' was at the end when the Australian correspondent Clearifies. she needs updating
There's a logic in this video..if another car behind was involved, how come,it let the car to reverse, which doesn't makes sense at all.. Another thing the Australian media, mention some names that I haven't seen on the video
I don’t know why are you commenting on journalism, when we should be shamed at such actions which continue to create a bad image of us internationally....
Hi all, EMTV received the footage from the victim as can be seen used in this report and our journalist did the report after an interview with the victim. Kind Regards.
I will never visit this country even though I’m Pacific Islanders 😒 shame on us . Why we always class as second class? Because of our low life behaviour? Fiji is way better than Papua New Guinea
Not sure about your headline there EMTV . According to reports on ABC News,7 News AND 9 News, the husband was driving. These three news agencies reported their story saying the husband drove, while you report yours saying the wife drove. Failed journalism on this story by EMTV or the other three news agencies?

sorry but, the advert before the actual video shows a Papua New Guinean purportedly living overseas begging Papua New Guineans back home to join some virtual money scheme/ This is a disgrace bringing shame and spoiling PNGs image abroad. She should just came back to PNG..

Fake news indeed! As you can see, it is clearly acted out in collaborations with the local youths in two sedans for few dollars to produce this video clip in an attempt to continuously tarnish Port Moresby city as an unsafe city. There is no where one can reversed a car that quickly on that section of the road, it is narrow and steep and even white sedan trailing should have blocked from the rear! The youths ignored even the white sedan if it was not part of the plot. The manner in which it quickly appeared on Aussie media, says it all....EMTV, kisim video clip na igo report nating nating, Enough!

Another thing the Australian media, mention some names that I haven't seen on the video
Had the exact same experience at Tari gap. Had to reverse back about a click to turn my vehicle around.
Plus, the road in Sogeri really steep (some people from my school got involved in an accident in the same year).
She was a hero. Brave enough to reverse her vehicle that far to safety
