- Installing standby L54 reversing light and XBB PowerUnit to my Mercedes-Benz E-Class W212. This procedure is mostly same for all cars.
Already got the XBB dongle from my previous install for the front auxiliary lights. Basically I only need to connect this PowerUnit to the same dongle and everything works wireless.
Is a really easy and great system because you don’t need to cut any original cables and you can change all kind of settings for your lights directly in the free phone app!

Installerar standby L54 backljus med XBB PowerUnit på min Mercedes-Benz E-Class W212 2014 årsmodell. Denna har canbus system vilket kräver en modul för signalen till helljusen. Kör med XBB dongle till OBD porten och en PowerUnit som skickar signalen trådlös med bluetooth. Grymt smidigt och inga originalkablar på bilen behöver klippas.

Hi, this is only way to connect device? I would like to install aftermarket parking sensors, but I dint find wiring diagram to put it on reverse light power. Thanks.

Top class work. I have a question. Have you used two separate XBB power units (one for light bar and another for reverse lights) with just one XBB dongle?
I want to add a light bar and reverse lights to my car and wondering if I can use 2 xbb power units
yep u can connect 2 powerunits to one dongle.

Seems that your electrical motor is broken in your steering assembly. As far as I know, there is no manual way if you have the electrical version :(
Does it make any sound when pressing the lever upwards?
Yes Sir makes normal low sound
@@JohannPietsch sir yes it makes low normal sound forward reverse down and up but it still doesn’t go up down only forward and reverse. Very much obliged again for the reply
Hey I need help. Just tried to change my rear lights from standard to the ones with LED turn signal. It’s a pre-facelift Car. Just won’t work. Any tips? They blink red and brake lights orange.
Hi not 100% sure but is definitely not plug and play you need to repin the cables and also it may need some coding before working properly on a pre facelift!

Behöver man koppla på utgång 2 för att de ska funka ihop med bakluckan? Eller görs det i appen?
Utgång 2 är ström matning till relä, den kan kopplas på annat sätt så som batteri polen med en säkring.
@@MB212 tror vi missförstår varann.. Hur har du gjort för att de även ska lysa när du öppnar luckan?
Har sedan innan kopplat XBB till främre ledrampen så därför har jag redan en OBD II dongle och denna är kopplat till samma system. Kolla här så förstår du.

@@jooelrockefeller det finns en signal i receptet där vi även läst ut bagageluckans position, sedan så har jag skapat en utgång som drar när antingen luckan är öppen eller när backljuset tänds.
