I honestly think it's so nice to just give a bit of a love letter for the show like this. In a world where almost all feedback to media is either negative or a mixture of positive and negative, it must be nice for those who work on Survivor to sit back and just candidly hear why people appreciate it

I love this show, and I also love the YT Survivor Channels because you guys keep the fire alive even when there's no season airing.
And we all know when your fire is gone, so are you
For me it's always about getting emotionally invested in the players, and I know how much the connection lands based on how emotional the family visit makes me.
Survivor has been a consistent part of my life for over a decade at this point, and it's amazing to see some love shared for it. We as fans can be critical, as we should be at times, but it's awesome to step back and acknowledge what we all love about this show!

I’m a camera operator for many of my jobs, it would be fantastic to work for Survivor
Some of them are beyond cheesy, but I do love those moments where people overcome a major life obstacle, whether it's a physical challenge, being outside, or conversing with strangers and having to be cut throat.. there are certain players where you can see the switch flip and they're a completely different player than they were coming in.
It feels like at least once a season, there's that one person who has absolutely no self confidence in themselves to compete and/or make it far in this game, that makes it far in this game.

I love all the real-life, post show couples Survivor has produced! As someone who met their life partner through adventure and travelling, I have no doubt that the love shared between Survivor couples is a special type of magic!

I love how you love survivor as much as I do. It is so amazing to hear your appreciation of the greatest show in the world, its like youre speaking my mind
I'm a very new fan (like I started in the middle of 43) but I found this show when I needed it. Seeing people overcome their fears, try things they never would otherwise, and leave it all out on the field is inspiring to me. I don't have a desire to play the game but I think about "don't quit" or "dig deep" when I'm tackling things that are difficult for me in my daily life. I think that's cool. :) Thanks for making this!
I wish they would bring back the fallen Survivors remember walk back, I always enjoyed that moment

Survivor is a show that built a whole genre. I knew the phrase of being “voted off the island” before I watched Survivor, that’s how cemented it is in pop culture. We wouldn’t have a lot of the popular shows on air had it not been for Survivor. Can’t wait for 46!

I even used your video of best seasons to get someone into Survivor. She started with your fave, Tocancins during the pandemic. We now have ladies night on Wednesday since season 41 and we binge watch previous seasons on Wednesdays in the off season. She enjoys Survivor more than BB now.
Thank you for giving us a warm reminder of why we all love Survivor so much. Sometimes we need this to refuel our tanks for the next season. I appreciate you and all that you do for the Survivor fandom, Peridiam!

There are many reality shows, many competitive dramas and game shows, but there's only one Survivor
The music in survivor has always been absolutely exceptional
Always been more into The Challenge, but Survivor is a close second. Big Brother/Amazing Race just bore me, but that’s me.
Still don't get how the SHOT IN THE DARK advantage comes into play. I must fall asleep everytime someone garners this advantage
There should be "SURVIVOR ISLANDS" that are tropical resorts that are Survivor themed for normies who want to experience the game they love without being on camera

Survivor has been in my life basically my entire adult life. I’ve watched since the beginning and have never missed a season. As I grow and change and go thru different challenges and successes.. survivor is a constant. Something I always look forward to and for that I’m grateful.
I don't anticipate an end to this show ever. It's gonna be like THE PRICE IS RIGHT & JEOPARDY where one day we're gonna argue with our grandchildren about how a guy named Jeff Probst was the better Survivor host than the newest guy!😉

I love the way Survivor adapts to the current social climate without being pandering or losing itself. Other reality shows have devolved over time, but Survivor is still going strong ❤
The front office “for once” extending someone like that? How about Clase? Or Kluber (twice)? Or Gimenez? Or Stephen? Or Straw? Or Ramírez? Wow, you’re right, this owner NEVER extends star players. Just because Lindor turned down a $100m+ extension after his third yr, and because they’re too smart to extend guys like Clevinger, Bauer, and Carrasco, who they knew were ticking time bombs, doesn’t mean they don’t extend players. They’re just not idiots. In 5 years when the Mets still have multiple seasons of Lindor at $40m come back and tell me how cheap this team is. They simply understand that post arbitration free agents almost never are worth their salary.
I like to see all of the strategies work together social, physical, and mental, it's not like a football game where the most physically dominate team wins. I love football too, it's just there's no way that I could play professional football. I see normal people like me use social moves to keep themselves safe in Survivor. I feel like I could play the game.
I love the positivity in this video. I often feel this community is so negative about the product on screen. Thanks for reminding us why we are all here.
I enjoy the first day scurry to make connections and form alliances. you see either sweet glimmers of friendliness and human kindness or you see unhinged haters spawn from nowhere and honestly I love seeing both

Hey, Peridiam!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 I’ve seen every single vid of yours and I know the way you say every word in the English language. And I was just watching Ethanimale’s “top 5 greatest downfalls in big brother history”, and 22 minutes into the vid on the part about Nicole Layog it sounded just like your voice. I swear it’s you talking. Idk maybe you two just have very similar voices, but I think you should look at his channel and make sure parts of your videos aren’t being plagiarized. I don’t wanna accuse someone or cause any issues. I’m a longtime fan of yours, and i just got so lost I thought I was in one of your videos and was shocked to realize I wasn’t
I love this show so much for all the reasons you said, but mostly for the community of fans who create videos like yours, host their own games (LRG - Live Reality Games), and the longevity of this community
I am a new fan, been watching for a couple months. First season I watched was Millennials vs Gen X. One thing I learned quickly was you never go with the narrative going into tribal council lol
The only reason I won’t ever compete in Survivor is because I’m a whimp and I don’t think I could last even a week without my Tempupedic bed. That and I’m more interested in the production side of the show and would LOVE to help make it. That’s one of the reasons why I loved the first season of On Fire so much: we got an idea of how everything comes together behind the scenes and it made me want to apply as a dream teamer

I love the characters, storytelling, strategy, and sense of community that all comes with Survivor
I love the people. I love meetings new people, whether you love em or hate em, it's cool to get to know them, down to their barest forms. Some of the coolest, most inspriation people I've ever seen on TV came from Survivor. It's a beautiful dichotemy of just.... people.

We are survivor fans! I love survivor! I have complained about those who quit but I have never complained about the show. Old school or new era I don't complain. I am a fan of the show. I love it too! I hope it never ends
I love this video. Watching it made me a little emotional I won’t lie. For so long this show has meant so much, and been such a mainstay in my life for a majority of my life. I think this video really summed things up pretty well

If Jeff ever steps down as host, I think Rick Devens would ultimately be someone the fan base could come to terms with and accept moving forward.
No way - Rob Cesternino or we riot (nothing against Devens though)
Be careful you almost sound like Brie Larson when she was offended being compared to Brad Pitt chess is a great game that has millions of possibilities after the first four moves. Survivor should be proud to be compared to such a complex game 🤔

Jeff just needs someone at the producers table willing to stand up to him tbh. Listening to his podcast, it sometimes feels like he's watching a different show than we are (and, to be fair, since he's living it, he kind of is). A Mike White-type who could help rein in some of Jeff's dumber instincts would be invaluable.
