If we are at the level at which we are learning these conjunctions, we're not ready for native speaking tempo. We cannot yet hear the individual words well enough. Slower would be better. Or even better, read it once slowly, then once at native tempo. Thanks!

Noted! You know, you can also slow down the audio. The only reason I don't do it more slowly is because it can sound less native when read slowly.
