Not at all. Some might have chapters focused on that, but the rest can be done without one.

AR/VR design is one of the type of UX Design right
Not really. AR/VR platform is a new digital medium or class of devices. It's like you design separately for desktop, mobile, etc, this is designing for AR/VR devices.
Some day for a designer if he wants to master in xr , He must learn unity and agin c# required
True! Some of these courses teach the basics in code as well. However, these are definitely designer friendly for now.
