The bit where the girl is riding on her own in the mirror is a cool touch! They have done well with reinventing his ride. The part where you queue to get on the ride as you enter the house is well thought out too!
Honestly this ride is so much better in person you get a really feel of what it’s like the ride relies off all your senses and the amount of effects in there and there uses are incredible definitely one of the best dark rides if not the best

Nice to see haunted house rides make a comeback! The original was fantastic, then they made all of them in to boring laser tag rides. If Chessington bring back the terror tomb I'd be chuffed.
A lot of people miss it (I certainly did on the first few rides) but in the mirror corridor scene at 3:42 (used to be the room with the electric shock guy) just watch the mirrors on the right you'll see your reflection then there's a replica ride vehicle with just Emily in the vehicle making you think she's riding with you! Such an amazing effect!

I know right? Its just blatant ignorance. There are signs and announcements clearly saying it is not allowed. Yet this person decided to do it anyway. Its disrespectful, they only do it for the likes and views its disgusting behaviour.

What a yawnfest, say “ThiS rIdE Is GReAt In pErsoN” all you want, it’s still boring. Prime example that Merlin are not a creative company or have any interest in being one. Apart from the story narration at the beginning, this feels like some carnie ghost train at a travelling fair. All you in the comments blowing smoke up their backside about how good this ride is are setting the bar extremely low for the uk.

I stand by my statement, this is a big budget carnie ride. Nothing here shows what you should expect from one of the prime theme parks in the uk, and furthermore from a company the size of Merlin that dwarfs what resources the previous operating company had.
People are not scared by glorified ghost trains any more, however lavishly dressed up they are. They want higher and faster and scarier roller coasters. People go to Alton Towers for white knuckle rides. This isn't one of them.

was there yesterday, loved it... I loved all the smells and Emily taunting you on the ride and the she smashes through the house at the end

Where are the screaming heads that went “Bleeeeeaaahhhhhughh!”? The best part of the original version by far.
yeah it was, but that was 30 years ago, now we have a much better main villain in Emily alton as she chases you through the house, and its amazing....
They have new heads of the spirit that has possessed Emily flying around as well as a projection that was added after this was filmed
