Hi Rachel, well done on your weight loss numbers this week. I had my first week weigh in and I lost 2lb which is great for me. It's not truly my 1st week because I just decided to start from scratch due to not wanting to bring myself down with the regained weight from not eating well due to stress. On Tuesday of this week it was my elder son's birthday so we had a shopping trip together and had some great street food in the day and then when we got the train back to our home city we decided to go to pizza express and enjoy what we wanted, then cocktails and then a local club. Considering I can't dance due to my physical issues with osteoarthritis plus other health problems so the club was just a case of watching the young folks having lots of fun, and me having a few drinks. I don't usually go out that much but it was nice to spend time with my eldest and we didn't leave town until 3am 😮😅. I'm very pleased with my little loss. Please ignore the negative things some people are saying. There just isn't any need for them to be so spiteful, because that's what it is spite. Well done Rachel. I popped out of my target bubble over Christmas and the New Year, and it’s been a bit tricky getting back on plan. Just saying, we are all human and we backslide sometimes. You are very brave coming on and being open about the ups and downs of weight loss. Take no notice of those smug keyboard warriors xxx
I am sorry if you’ve had negative comments - you don’t deserve it - let’s face it - I would imagine anyone watching your channel is on a mission to lose weight and if they are then they must know how hard it is to stay on track all the time and you are being very honest to everyone and documenting the highs and lows - you’ll lose the weight again I know !
