Fuse wagera check karo kahi pe koi loose fuse na ho. Connector loose na ho. Battery ke terminal par lage hue thimble me lage hue copper ke wire pe green color ka oxidation to nahi ho gaya hai matlab jung to nahi laga hai vo check karo. Bike start karke battery ke terminal par voltage check karo 13 volt se upar aani chahiye race dene par. Agar voltage nahi aati hai to check karo ki short wagera to nahi hai kahi pe, uske liye battery ke plus aur battery ke plus wale wire ke bich me headlight ka bulb series me laga ke bike ke sare connector nikal nikal ke dekho jaha shorting hogi bulb band ho jaega.
Bro my bike is ns 200.... my bike shows the battery icon in the console when engine starts.i thought that was because of bad battery so i reached service centere.. they said your battery is not charging... and they replaced the rectifier using another bikes rectifier then my bike was charging .. is it because of bad magneto coil or bad rectifier... i left my bike there bcz of covid 19

Hello sir.. How to correctly test the output voltages of stator coil on running/idling bike? I'm using analog multimeter and set the selector to 50ACV.. Normal reading is suppose to 10ACV to 20ACV is it correct? If no can you share me some better tricks? Thanks in advance..
Stator coil voltage would be an AC current, in Idle it should show you between 10-20 v that's correct. on Acceleration you may see upto 50 volt. If you are getting such voltage then your coil must be in good shape.
Hello sir. Meri hero passion pro bs4 bike hai .me usme 9ah and 4 ah ki do batteries separate separate connect karna chahata hau. Kya me coil se nikalne wale supply ko 9 ah ka ak and 4 ah ka ak separate rr units parallel me connect karke do batteries separate separate charge kar sakta hau kya. Dekho ye coils hoti hai ye series me judi hoti hai matlab inke wires aapas me ek ka wire doosre se juda hota hai to ye coils me se agar koi coil kharab hoti hai to vo kali aur jali hui dikhai degi. Agar engine start hai to hame apne meter ki ek wire ko ground me lagana hai aur doosre se coil ki sari wires me se sare wires me check karna hai ki voltage kitna aa raha hai Agar engine start nahi ho raha to fir coil ki continuity check karni chahiye ki coils open to nahi ho gayi hai. Depend karta hai ki situation kya hai. Agar magnet se main white wire pe current nahi show kar rha hai to fir check karo ki kya kisi aur color ki wire pe current show kar raha hai kya. Dekho coil se hame kisi na kisi wire pe idle pe AC 15-20 volt milte hai aur race dene pe 50 tak volt milte hai Vahi wire coil ki hoti hai to hame apni coil ke wires ko pehle hi achhe se samajh lena chahiye taki jab waqt aae aur gadi start na ho rahi ho to us time hum un wires ko hi direct check kar sake, kuki har gadi me wires bhi alag alag hote hai Doosri baat aapki battery pe race dene par hamesha 14 volt tak aane hi chahiye agar kabhi dikkat aa jae to direct battery par voltage check kar sake.

Battery charge ho rahi hai ki nahi ye check karne ke liye tumhe bike start karke battery ke terminals par voltage check karni hogi jab gadi khadi me start ho to 10-12 volt degi aur jab race doge to 14-15 ke bich me aegi to battery charge ho rahi hai Ab battery discharge ho rahi hai ye dekhne ke liye tumhe ek din battery ka ek wire nikal dena aur fir check karna ki 3/4 days me battery down ho jata hai kya, agar haan to fir battery me problem hai.

It's strange, 3.4v battery ke connection hatne par to dikha sakti hai par battery lage lage nahi dikha sakti, ye to multimeter me kharabi hogi ya fir Agar tum battery hata ke check kar rhe ho to vo galat hai battery laga ke check karo Agar tum battery laga ke check karte ho fir bhi 3.4v dikhati hai to fir battery change karke dekho esa nahi hona chahiye. kuki battery khud 12 volt store karti hai Ya to ho sakta hai jab tumne battery ko check kia ho to vo 3.4v tak charge hui ho Ek baat aur agar tum bina race diye check karoge to yahi 4-6 volt dikhaega to tum race deke bhi check karna

Aur battery charge ho rahi thi. Battery ke connection nikalke battery check ki tab 13.6 v dikhaya iska matlab battery ok hai, lekin mera sawal ye hai ki alternator 3.4v se battery charge kaise kar sakta hai.

Solution ye hai ki headlight DC karne par vo charge nahi hogi, kuki uski coil me aur regulator me itna dum nahi hai ki vo battery ko bhi charge karde aur headlight ko bhi jala de. Agar tum headlight ko DC hi karna chahte ho to tum usi purani ac wiring me ek DIODE aur ek capacitor laga sakte ho jisse DC bhi mile aur flickering bhi na ho.

Aapki baat se ye lagta hai ki aapki scooty ka charger poori voktage nahi bana raha hai. Ek kaam karna scooty ko double stand par laga ke halki si race deke battery par voktage check karna. Bhai CDI jaldi se kharab nahi hoti agar ho rahi hai to CDI me ya to voltage jyada ja rahi hai ya fir Ignition coil yani ki spark plug wali coil short hai. Actually baat esi hai ki kuch dino pehle just kuch bike par experiment kar rha tha to mene swiss ka new Regulator Rectifier dala aur vo 3 din baad bich raste me ud gaya. Uske baad mene apna wahi original purana regulator rectifier dala aur aaj tak sahi chal rha hai. To ye bhi ho sakta hai ki local load na le pa rha ho, genuine lekar aao kahi se mil jae to, No minda No swiss, just genuine. Agar genuine na mil pae aur service center wale retail me na de to fir service center par baat karo ki mera regulator rectifier kharab ho gaya hai aur change karwana hai. Fir ek din service pe le jao aur change karwa lo jo charges lage vo de dena.
You can increase the output of any stator coil by increasing the turns of copper wire in a stator coil, however this in turn only puts load on regulator rectifier, because a normal stator already makes enough voltage to power the device in a bike and the regulator drains the excess power in form of heat so if you put extra load on your regular regulator rectifier, it will only put load on it.
If you directly connect it with the magneto and coil, then you would not be able to generate electricity or get 5 volts or something, you have to install some kind of gear so that the magneto can rotate at high speeds
Regulator overheat jab hota hai jab ya to battery short hone lag jae ya fir jyada watt ka bulb lag de. Aur last me regulator jab kharab hone lag jae. Usko check karne ka tarika ye hai ki pehle gadi start karke battery hata ke dekho thanda hota hai ki nahi.

Hello sir.. How to correctly test the output voltages of stator coil on running/idling bike? I'm using analog multimeter and set the selector to 50ACV.. Normal reading is suppose to 10ACV to 20ACV is it correct? If no can you share me some better tricks?

Stator coil voltage would be an AC current, in Idle it should show you between 10-20 v that's correct. on Acceleration you may see upto 50 volt.
If you are getting such voltage then your coil must be in good shape.

Dekho ye coils hoti hai ye series me judi hoti hai matlab inke wires aapas me ek ka wire doosre se juda hota hai to ye coils me se agar koi coil kharab hoti hai to vo kali aur jali hui dikhai degi.
Agar engine start hai to hame apne meter ki ek wire ko ground me lagana hai aur doosre se coil ki sari wires me se sare wires me check karna hai ki voltage kitna aa raha hai
Agar engine start nahi ho raha to fir coil ki continuity check karni chahiye ki coils open to nahi ho gayi hai.
Depend karta hai ki situation kya hai.
Agar magnet se main white wire pe current nahi show kar rha hai to fir check karo ki kya kisi aur color ki wire pe current show kar raha hai kya.
Dekho coil se hame kisi na kisi wire pe idle pe AC 15-20 volt milte hai aur race dene pe 50 tak volt milte hai
Vahi wire coil ki hoti hai to hame apni coil ke wires ko pehle hi achhe se samajh lena chahiye taki jab waqt aae aur gadi start na ho rahi ho to us time hum un wires ko hi direct check kar sake, kuki har gadi me wires bhi alag alag hote hai
Doosri baat aapki battery pe race dene par hamesha 14 volt tak aane hi chahiye agar kabhi dikkat aa jae to direct battery par voltage check kar sake.

Aur battery charge ho rahi thi. Battery ke connection nikalke battery check ki tab 13.6 v dikhaya iska matlab battery ok hai, lekin mera sawal ye hai ki alternator 3.4v se battery charge kaise kar sakta hai.

You can increase the output of any stator coil by increasing the turns of copper wire in a stator coil, however this in turn only puts load on regulator rectifier, because a normal stator already makes enough voltage to power the device in a bike and the regulator drains the excess power in form of heat so if you put extra load on your regular regulator rectifier, it will only put load on it.

Regulator overheat jab hota hai jab ya to battery short hone lag jae ya fir jyada watt ka bulb lag de.
Aur last me regulator jab kharab hone lag jae.
Usko check karne ka tarika ye hai ki pehle gadi start karke battery hata ke dekho thanda hota hai ki nahi.

Aur koi solution to make it stable like pulsar
