Yes! Thank you. I’m new, and I just wanna play sweep but everywhere I looked for sweep builds were these “bait” videos I keep getting told about. Again thank you for your efforts.
@@LastHero173 yea and stay around I will be updating this build as it comes out! I'm really excited for this build and the concept will work for sure but to get to a place to Min/Max it will take a bit more effort for me
Sweep poggies. Sweep is great. Constructive feedback if you want to hear it: The background music track with this low of a volume sums up to basically a weird humm and for me it felt distracting.
sems nice !!! really loving the bleed glad options, but still havent found my starter yet !!! As I dont like lacerate, might end up put it to sweep haha lets gooooo
@brunomello3386 yea I like the idea of sweep because the 360 is so convenient. Not working about aiming and just blasting through maps with the pop was kind of my vision
@Aye_its_tk so initially that was trying to account for updated metrics of skill gems and Quality changes. But it is significantly more then 30%. When I make my follow up video with an updated POB I have thay removed and the DPS is newr doubled still! Great question
@Satorix currently looking at the most recently available pob. These changes have already been made present through the update. Looking at your configuration I noticed you were awesome af and didn't add in things like the rage damage increase and the war of attrition stacking buff 🫡 100% playing this over my 1h shield eq pob as the damage when fully ramped is absolutely insane! Even after removing the 30% more multi as it's no longer needed. Did add in war banner as well as you had free gem slots. Also removed the basalt flask and allocated rage mastery for enemies are intimidated while you have rage to open up another flask slot for something else.
@Aye_its_tk yea I tried to leave it as easy as can be. Make sure if you update the POB yourself you remove the Three rage nodes as once we scale the bleed enough those 3 points are utterly useless for us. Utilize those for more defenses (specifically health) and then you should be pretty caught up with where I have adjusted currently. I should have an update video coming out after I can provide actual examples! Glad you like it
@Satorix thanks for the tip! I did some adjusting and managed to bump the life up to about 4k ( accounting for increased life values on items) while maintaining 5m bleed dps with an axe that does 729 pdps and only the crafted dot mod. Fully ramped with the gear you've laid out it pushes almost 20m bleed! This build going to be soo sick! Thanks for the league starter
That mana leech earlier sounds amazing. Good point! I am trying bleed this league but am confused on a lot of the interactions. I didn't think Rage could boost bleed at all. From everything I've been told it doesn't scale ailments. I also tried it in your PoB and it doesn't affect bleed there. Is that jsut to get alsightly better Fortify gen? That 80% ignore phy dmg reduction ... does that apply before the hit causing bigger bleeds? I'm not seeing that help much because your initial hits are already WAY bigger than needed to blow through all armor. Like Sirus level 83 has 184,954 armor and your avg hit is > 650k. Let's say 200k armor vs 600k hit. That's 200k/(200k + 5*600k) = 6.25% DR. So it seems like chance to ignore that is not needed. OK, so I went into your PoB and set the pinnacle boss flag (should always be set IMO) and then hard coded the armor to 200k and the PDR to 10% (just to exaggerate the point). Then I manually added a tag to bring your ingore chance to 100% with "Hits have 20% chance to ignore Enemy Physical Damage Reduction" (you can't add negative chance or that would be even better). Sure enough, if you toggle that 20% on and off, the bleed DPS doesn't change at all. PoB could be wrong, or I could be an idiot (much more likely it is me!). Anyhow really cool stuff ... I'll keep an eye on your progress! I want to learn everything about bleed this league. I tried to get a Perfect Agony crit SST bleed to work in PoB and failed horribly (PA makes 0 sense to me). So I'm defaulting to max lucky block lacerate bleed because I know it should work ... but a 2H skill like sweep would be SUPER fun so I am willing to try that too.
@knaz7468 I really appreciate the feedback man this was awesome to read! I don't think rage scaled the bleed necessarily but bleed is 70% of the Physical hit. So scaling the initial hit should increase the overall DPS of the bleed if that makes sense. There is deffinatly some thing in here I'm speculating based on POB being in beta and the league hasent actually started yet. Even if the Ignore Physical reduction isn't as effective as what I'm expecting the nodes are still extremely useful for the overall DPS of the build. But it's hard to get an exact answer on those things until POB is updated or I'm in the game and conducting true experiments. If you have any questions about bleed too give it an ask for me even if I don't know it I will 100% look up it and figure it out as well because bleed is definitely my focus this league
@@Satorix Bleed (like other damaging ailments) deals damage according to the base hit of the attack. Base hit means before increases/reductions/resistances. It has been this way for 7-8 years now after they removed the double dipping effects on ailments. Before the change if you had 10% increased physical damage, it affected the hit (which in turn affected the bleed amount) and after that it affected the bleed itself - aka double dipping and peolpe were doing crazy damage very easily.
@Naz-if2gh yea there has been no availability because the build is just so different this patch. Tomorrow or Saturday I will have examples and some updates on the build :)
@lucascampos3933 yea I considered the shield nodes but I lose too much damage on that and with this current set up I'm still at 185k ehp with minimal investment. And sweep requires a 2h weapon and I really wanted to use sweep
@@TricksterMK so I prefer the bleed pop! This is the league start version of the build. I have some tech and ideas for the continuation to get the big AOEs while still having the bleed pops! I'm excited for it it will be great
@AfternoonWolf so I think the axe + Shield combo will be a multitude better for survival because of the opening of block nodes. You sacrifice a decent bit of damage but it depends on your play style more then anything!
Rage doesn't increase bleed damage unfortunately. It scales attack damage, which doesn't scale bleed. PoeWiki: "Other modifiers of increased/reduced/more/less type affecting hits (attack, melee, ranged, projectile, etc), as well as any damage modifier specific to the skill, do not apply to bleed." I am wondering if phys reduction ignore will do anything at all as well, but can't confirm. EDIT: Pretty sure it won't affect bleed damage since the reading is "HITS" have X% chance to ignore.
@CyanBalloon no the physical dmg reduction also does not do anything for the bleed dmg. However the physical reduction and the rage do scale. Leaving me with an additiop. 1-2m more dps with the initial attack. But neither of them scale the bleed
@@Satorix What I mean by it doesn't scale bleed, is that having rage will never give you more bleed damage. Your "hit" will be stronger, but the bleed will be the same as if you don't have rage. "Potential damage from one bleed application is based on the base physical damage of attack that caused it" keyword being "base" so if your base attack damage is 100, it takes 100 as a value for your bleed, and not the 130 or so with rage applied on top of base damage.
@CyanBalloon yea I know. The rage gives the damage effect to the actual hit not the base hit that applies the bleed. Rage is calculated after the bleed effect. Which is okay. After learning all of that I have come up with some idea to utilizes those points to scale the dot more instead of the initial hit. But having a higher starting hit isn't that bad anyways. Until im ready to truly scale it up
@@Satorix Having a strong initial hit can indeed be useful to clear faster especially with bleed pop. The normal monsters will pop a lot faster and might even kill the rare with them.

@Kalosj it will help with the initial hit. And bleed damage is based off 70% of the initial hit. So it should function as expected. But maybe there is an oversight on my end. I can adjust that. @Bbhhskooow24 yea keep in mind I wasent using a belt in the video and I have quite a few life nodes. So im expecting by level 93-94 to have around 4100 life. And that weapon really isn't that difficult to craft and with a bit if crafting il get it into the 6-9m
