31:03 was a problem that's driven me to almost completely cut off relations with my parents. The subsequent responses have helped me to understand that I need to stand up for myself and advocate for myself even when they don't see it. This has given me some helpful resources that I can give to them to try to extend another olive branch. I don't want to stop them from talking with me completely, but they're not understanding and every encounter with them has become painful. I'm going to keep trying because I love them, but this has become very hard. Thank you for these videos, they may have a limited reach with the low view count but as someone living with IH I'm happy this reached me.
