James, did you ever used to play Theme Hospital back in the day, it might be fun to try that out on your channel! That, RCT1 and Age of Empires were the shit
I played this for about 4 hours. That's more than enough time to do basically everything. You won't even have 25 percent of the map filled when you realized this is not a deep game. It has potential, but there's just not enough their creatively to keep coming back to it.

It looks like the yellow thing is the productivity level maybe? So they slowly get more productive when they come in and then get less productive towards the end of their shift
"Cold bottled water, I don't know why you'd buy that..." Why would you buy *warm* bottled water? Or I guess when I think about bottled water it's always small drink-on-the-go bottles, and those should definitely be cold.
Your stock clerk should start before the store opens so when the store opens everything is where its suppose to be.

I think the gap at the beginning and end of the shifts is like the time it takes them to clock in and out and get to their station.
