He did it off and on for quite a few years that I knew. Such a dick move but it's sure inventive.

Just checking to see if they did some horrendous shit like murderer a kid or sexual assault. Also the level security prison you go to can be sentenced and sent there but also alot of the time it's for bad behavior inside of prison.
