Hi. I wish to know what is a correct way to identify supply and demand zone. I have seen a lot of people marking from the body of the candle to the very tip of a wick and some would only mark a wick while others would only mark a body. What is the correct way or should I say how do you personally mark the supply and demand zone?

can you do a video showing how to identify the supply/demand zone and order blocks. Im confused when i hear the term 'the move that broke the structure'.
I thought the zone was the last up/dowm candle at a HH or LL...but sometimes it is in the 'middle' of a leg. Really confuses me.
