It's Brazilian Portuguese. Rr and R at the beginning of words sounds like "H," te/ti sounds like "chi" while de/di sounds like "dji," and its construction of the present progressive (Brazil uses estar + [verb]-ando while Portugal uses estar + a + verb). I don't speak Portuguese either; I just really like languages, so of course there's no blame for not knowing.
Even though Teto's Portuguese was the Brazil variant, I liked it and it was very funny. It could be understood clearly. The realization that Teto is Roof for her was just the cherry on top 😂

There was a typo too and the „ch“ sound also changes in different spellings. You would need to give rules on how different letter orders change how different letters are spoken because there are like more than double the sounds than letters. One of the rules was I think that vowels are shorter if they are followed by three or more consonants.
