    If I may make a suggestion, it would be that that the conversation is not annoying, the video action is good but if you could include in the description the reels and rods models that you use. Many viewers would like to compare and observe the actions and power of the different gear.

      Absolutely. I appreciate the input. This is still very much a learning experience for me with youtube so i do appreciate the constructive criticism. I agree with your suggestion. Ill try to include the gear im using in the description moving forward. Thanks for the input!

    Was this Monday? We went out Tuesday, (ocean explorer) I sure misjudged the weather and marine forecast, caught fish all shorts and a load of robins but man I got beat up for it, that salmon red worked well, wind really picked up and made it difficult to hold with a 4oz jig- switched to a double drop rig and targeted Cbass for the rest of the trip, even 10oz barely held bottom

      This was actually Saturday July 22nd. Posted a little late. Our drift conditions on this day were fine but the water clarity was terrible.

      South Jersey has its hot spots. Early season back bay stuff I like South Jersey allot. Come mid summer tho def prefer North.

      Nice man good job! Where were you fishing i was wondering where you were? I ended up getting the limit plus a nice sea bass. Lots of shorts. Plenty for a video tho so it worked out! Was that you in the bow? Very front?

      Yeah very front always works out well for me but you gotta get there early as hell. Easier to fish tho I never got tangled and only broke off one jig. I was fishing the same gulp for hours in the beginning too

    I see your a fan of the SPRO bucktail. Me too! Those North Jersey boys like the ball jigs with no hair. Never understood why. Nice content!

    • @The_Bearded_Fisherman
      @The_Bearded_Fisherman  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah man I definitely prefer the bucktail over the ball jig. Just sucks when ya lose them lol. Thanks bro!

      I like both...I prefer the ball in rocky areas like in north jersey, it def reduces the amount of times you get snagged and lost your rig. I def lose more Spros in the rocks where the ball is easier to get out of the rocks.IMO...

    • @The_Bearded_Fisherman
      @The_Bearded_Fisherman  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah i can agree with this. I do use ball jigs in glow. Some days that’s what they want. If they’re hitting the ball jigs good and im fishing rough bottom ill def switch over. It doesn’t hurt the pocket as bad when i lose a ball jig lol
