I'm sure they had good reason for not modifying the original choreo but these guys are legendary for their choreos so it's a little disappointing, ya know? But they did have a long set that night. From what I know, there is nothing you can do. The copyright claims will not mess with your video, I believe it just gives profit to the song producer/company. If you really did want to avoid the copyright claims, you would most likely have to cut some of the audio out or mute the audio.
