My dad had a royal enfield classic in the 90s he used to drop me in school. we sold the bike after he was gone as we suffered financial problems. I am in my 30s now saving hard to buy myself an interceptor. My dad is no more but i want to buy a royal enfield to bring back the old memories I had with my dad. It's all emotions it's a chance that riding a royal enfield bring close to my father 🙂😇

Got my meteor delivered 2 weeks back and it's soooooooooo good! Have ridden around 850 km till now and i jus cannot keep it untouched even for a day!

That tank....wish they could get rid of the lips on those tanks that edge sticking up near the frame...tuck that under round it off..bike reminds me of my old Triumph except for the missing 2 pipe....Nice for a small bike !

I use my Meteor much more than intended. It's so cool and that engine note! Some of those scenes look like they were filmed in the Peak District.
Is it a replacement for the Thunderbird? I like the name. I have a Classic 500, love it, the sit up neutral position. I was never a fan of the Thunderbird but this looks much better.

It should be. The whole point of cancelling the name thunderbird was to be able to sell it globally without getting into trouble with Triumph for having rights to the original name thunderbird. Soon it should be available in all the countries
For years it had roared on Indian roads, I am sure it will do the same in Italy.

I have a collection of 12 bikes from moto guzzi, ducati, and plenty of racing bikes from my road racing days. Bought a meteor a week ago and I simply love it.. Doing 150mph now bores me and I'm sooo happy farting around at 50mph.. Well done Royal Enfield...
Now when I own it, I got to know how much the efforts you put for that rear suspension part and then how its became the hardest suspension in its category. The service centre guys suggested me to buy a classic Nitro suspension but I didn't opted. The fuel gauge is not accurate at all or I doubt if its working at all. The bike cant go beyond 110 and post 90km its struggling much. Nice bike 👏
It would be great if we can add incoming call notification too so that if one is driving he can see who is calling and can set priority accordingly as not everyone is carrying smart watches....its just an idea what i feel rest is on you legends

If Royal enfield really focused the time and energy which they have spent for editing this video in their actual research and development programme for their bikes they would have made the changes way before, still not satisfied with your bikes(because of the low quality specs in especially in Indian versions) except Himalayan that too with the proper quality specs. And service is worst in most of the Royal enfield showrooms.

Another great bike followed by the Himalayan and 650 twins from RE
I have bought Meteor 350 Fireball Yellow, and within 1 week the oil seal of the front shock absorber was damaged and oil started leaking out.
I had no other option but to keep the newly bought Meteor in my garage.
It has been more than 15 days, but till date I haven't got any help from the dealer or the customer care of RE except false hope and assurances.
I have also talked to your Product Manager Mr. Arijit and our Area Manager Mr. Parikshit. But till date my bike is in my garage and I haven't received any help so far.
And secondly the letter 'R' & 'E' of the logo of Royal Enfield of my bike was missing from the day of delivery. But the dealer insisted me on taking the delivery, assuring me that the stickers will be available soon. But till date I haven't received the sticker.
I have told all these issues repeated to the customer care and also Mr. Arijit & Mr. Parikshit.
Please take this matter into consideration as soon as possible.

Very low and thinned type chain sporket been used at meteor 350!!

I have booked supernova brown...but showroom is giving priority to VIP customer for delivery...I booked it on 6th (launching date) and they are saying to deliver on 22th December.......one guy next to me booked same and they said to take bike next day or two......pls have a check on these issues

The speedometer/trippy makes the bike look bald and asymmetrical. The dual pod design of the Thunderbird looked so much better.

@@ha-pb6gs You can go for Honda CB 350. Who is compelling you to buy an RE? RE knows it's customer base very well and they know what they are doing. This bike is targeted at people who are looking for an upgrade to Thunderbird!

It is an Indian company. But the Product Development is done both in India and in the UK(comprising of ex-Triumph engineers)!

Make it a 650 47 hp and i promise you it will win the bestseller worldwide and i will be the first in the row to get it! Fell in love with motorcycle in india with a Thunderbird 350! And would just adore a thunderbird like bike that could handle a European highway, that means top speed of at least 100 miles (160kmph) and cruising speed of 65-75 mph (100-120 kmph)
Otherwise it's a good bike for the weekend's but just not enough for the daily commute on a highway .

You can change the exhaust black if you want it come as an custoum accessory
People driving modified very loud exhaust sound of bullet must also think of vibrations caused by resonance which can cause landslide in fragile himalayan geography.
Really... is that science? Been riding here for decades on REs, and I don't think I've caused any landslides that I am aware of. But are u saying over time? Well, those Tata trucks and busses rumbling over Trishuli Highway seem to put off more vibrations then we ever will!

My dream bike
The new engine installed in RE Meteor is an S.O.H.C rather than an obsolete Push Rod Tappet technology engine unlike other RE bikes.
That is the reason why the engine is smooth. But this is nothing Out-Of-The-World technology engine.
Honda is already using such technology for a very long time that is why it's Honda CB350 H'ness bike, is so very buttery smooth engine.
Every push rod engine is tappet and the reason why the engine is smooth is because of a ballance Shaft. Honda make superb motorcycles but they have zero soul or character. Please try and keep up.

Team, this is to escalate on my Delivery of Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650, I understand this is not a right way to escalate anything, but what should a person do if no response from sale or customer care, just false promises. We always feel Royal Enfield as one of best brand in India but seems like sales and after sale is getting worst day by day.. If you are part of leadership of such a brand, this should come to your notice at ground level people are getting frustrated with services of Royal Enfield atleast flagship bike of Royal Enfeild its very disappointing… Request you to help on same!!

Royal Enfield has no word of mouth, it's better to get a bike whose commitment can be trusted than to buy a Royal Enfield.
Because even if the mistake is from Royal Enfield, then the customer has to bear the cost.
Whoever booked the Royal Enfield meteor in February has been charged 20-25 thousand extra by Royal Enfield. Due to this, I have suffered a loss of 10 thousand which I had given while booking the bike.
Therefore, before taking any bike of Royal Enfield, think twice and then take a decision.
Royal Enfield की जुबान का कोई भरोषा नहीं है , Royal Enfield लेने से अच्छा है की कोई ऐसी बाइक लो जिसकी कमिटमेंट पर भरोषा किया जा सके।
क्यूंकि गलती अगर Royal Enfield की ओर से है तो भी भुगतना कस्टमर को ही करना होता है।
जिसने भी Royal Enfield meteor फेब्रुअरी में बुक किया था उसे २०-२५ हजार एक्स्ट्रा Royal Enfield ने वसूला है. जिसकी वजह से मेरा १० हजार का नुक्सान हुआ हैजो मैंने bike बुक करते समय दिया था।
इसलिए Royal Enfield की कोई भी बाइक लेने से पहले १० बार सोच विचार करो और फिर decision लो.
