      If the property was worth 10 grand but own by like the frist doctor of a town so to speak would that make it worth more

    That was so much info! I’m trying to do my first one… I can see that they aren’t using the domain, but they are a larger company that included it in their starter package, but that’s not a company my client works with anymore. They are a bit sketchy and never gave cancel documentation. 😢
    I really don’t want to have a pay a broker, but I’m afraid to mess this up, man! 😅

      You use an escrow service for that.

    I am looking for a domian name that is taken and all their contact info is hidden is there anyway around this> ?

      Use the "Registrant Email" field in the WHOIS results. This will forward your e-mail to the correct address.

      Also use the wayback machine to see what the website looked like over time - possible there were contact details on the site which were later removed
