They are a bit sketchy and never gave cancel documentation. 😢 I really don’t want to have a pay a broker, but I’m afraid to mess this up, man! 😅

Use the "Registrant Email" field in the WHOIS results. This will forward your e-mail to the correct address.
Also use the wayback machine to see what the website looked like over time - possible there were contact details on the site which were later removed
