- Memorize the Books of the Old Testament! With 39 books, and names that are culturally different, it can be hard to remember the books and the order of the books in the Old Testament. No longer will you be lost when looking for a book in the Bible. Understand the five different sections of the Old Testament as well. Remember, the more you read the Bible, the more you will remember!

This is really nice. I'm going to teach a bible study in may on passing the mantle. I need all the ministers, pastors etc to know that they need to know how to section off the bible. This is a great place to send them

I'm going to use this for my Awanas class, the kids will love it! Definitely the best way I've found for teaching it. Songs are nice but they don't break it up in the 5 12 5 5 12. I can't teach them that and then give them a song that doesn't line up with that it would mess them up like it was me. This will work the best great job, God bless.

Children at my church the previous Sunday demonstrated their skill in reciting the books of the Old Testament; I was ashamed that I as an adult Christian could not do this, so I made my devotional this week to learn the Old Testament books. Thanks to your video, I can now do this. I looked at many cute songs, etc., but when you broke the Old Testament books down into its structure, then and only then was I able to get a grasp of why I should know and learn this, not just to say I can now do so. So thank you for your God led instruction. May God continue to bless your life. An appreciative Christian.

FYI - the word malachi means King in hebrew; a polar opposite to your memorial meaning!!! Peace out+++!!!
Agvbass, I know the Hebrew! For the minor prophets, it was really difficult to find a mnemonic device and sentence withe the HZHZ before the M in Malachi, so I went for a picture that would be memorable, and hopefully, make people smile. The words are not to be equated with a meaning, but just a letter to trigger the memory!

May I suggest: My new happy zookeeper hoists zebras merrily
I don’t know many zookeepers who lift zebras! They weigh 900 pounds! But they do have to pick up zebra manure. Kids laugh and it helps them remember. You memorize it any way you want, though. 😇

How sure are we that the zookeeper is happy if the have to hoist zebra manure?
Jack Thompson, the zoo keeper was unemployed for three years - with not many jobs in his field. He is happy with his job, regardless of having to hoist a little zebra manure. And as a Christian, he tries to be content in all things, as Paul talked about in Philippians 4:11. 😇
