How to be more productive (a simple system for normal people)

- I enjoy watching productivity content and strategies from creators like Ali Abdaal, and Tiago Forte. However, sticking to their productivity frameworks can be challenging.
So, how can you be more productive with out a crazy complex system? I came up with my own simple productivity system that provides 80% of the benefit with just 20% of the effort:

Seriously dude you are same like other creators, you tell a bunch of software to use for every task, I don't know, you are actually telling the truth to people that you have one software that does all these things in one place and that is called "Notion", Now you can also do your calender tasks with notion as well, please keep updated to the world and don't miss guide beginners. I hope you understand. :)
Thanks for your feedback! Notion is a very powerful tool that can be intimidating to people just starting out, at least that's how it's been for me :) This system has been working well for me, but I as I continue to refine my own process I'll try to update my findings. Do you use notion for everything in your productivity system?

Why Todoist? And not, for example, TickTick?
Good question. Honestly, I found Todoist before TickTick and have loved it! It seems like the two apps are very similar, and I recommend using whatever app works best for your own capturing needs. If you just use the basic version of Todoist, it is also free!
