Hah! Worked as a Paralegal for the Managing Partner at a law firm a few blocks north of the Kingdome. The ceiling tiles were collapsing, falling to the playing field.
Dangerous situation.
Watched it from the south-facing windows, 8th floor up. The plume of grey air particles covered blocks around.
Was amazing to have a Bird's-eye-view.
