Yea you can lol, well you can put yourself in the best position too. Land at populated spots with good spots to go to in midgame, like retail or tilted. Playing solo squad also gets better chance at high kills. Knowing rotations based on circle also helps like being able to tell where the best chance people will rotate to, to get to the circle. So yea you can try for high kill games if you just put yourself in the position to. I mean yea you can't do it everytime cause sometimes you're unlucky with amount of people you see at the place or you die, but you can definitely put yourself in the best position to. Like landing at greasy, anarchy, fatal, wailiing, moisty, etc. give you a lower chance of high kills then others like retail, titled etc.
