Ingredients:
Paneer - 300 grams
Brown cardamom / moti elaichi - 1 (crushed)
Green cardamom / hari elaichi - 3 (crushed)
Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp (crushed)
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon / Dalchini - 1 small stick
Tej patta - 1
Hing/Asafoetida -1/4th tsp
Turmeric powder/Haldi - 1 tsp
Fennel Powder / Saunf - 3/4th tsp
Ginger powder / sunth - 1/4th tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
Kasuri methi for garnishing
Oil for frying
Hot Milk - 1/2 cup
Water
Ghee for tadka (optional. It enhances flavor)
Salt as per taste
