Love that filming house tours for TH-cam is a family outing. This would be my family touring expensive houses instead of family vacations.
I love how these videos are filmed with 2 normal people walking in and looking at everything from a normal perspective.. It makes it very real. Other videos filmed with fancy super models and crazy music plus a super fast cameraman, make it untouchable and kinda fake. I love seeing this filmed from a normal perspective.

Those are professional marketing videos by professional realtors. I dont see how the fancy models affect the state of the house unless ofcourse you have something personally against fancy models. This presentation is too long and poorly described and edited, poor lighting as well, I only watched because its an exceptional house.

I agree she should shoot the whole room not bits and pieces but long shot views so people can see the entire room THEN zoom in on the things she finds fascinating, show the entire rooms from a distance and slowly sweep across that room then go in close for detailing, walls fixtures cabinets etc but yes i agree it was shot terribly, i wanted to see the whole view of the eating area and living room but it was in certain angles bits and pieces, granted she was thorough in certain rooms but not all which left much to the imagination, also too many people walking around blocking shots to boot but she'll learn she'll be ok, give her a A for effort she'll do fine hang in there, aside from all that the fact still remains 📣THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL HOME BABE!!!👍🏼

i like the clever separation of the kitchen, with the dining area on one side, then the living room on the other, with the covered patio in the middle. nice symmetry.
unfortunate that the patio is so narrow. still...very clever.

977k is the starting price for a new home to be built from the builder. The model in this video sold for 1.5 million already with all of the upgrades, pool, backyard done etc.
