      i do not think it is important as it does not effect the video message/lesson, it is just a small human mistake and i pointed out so he can add a correction comment if he want on the video

    What about for frequencies. If I have to calculate the percentile of 11.4, do I count how many frequencies are below 11.4, or do I add all the frequencies that are 11.4? Example, say there are 6 frequencies that are below 11.4. Do I dived 6 by 11.4? Or, say those 6 frequencies are, 8.2, 7.4, 7, 6.8, 5.2, and 3.3. Do I add all those frequencies up then divide it by 11.4?
