- ok so basically my school had an event where we had to dress up as people or characters so me n 2 of my friends were like aight bet n pulled together matching dream SMP cosplays. I was obv quackity, my friend was karl jacobs n another was badboyhalo. we kept our cosplays pretty subtle so it wouldn’t be too obvious that were cosplaying characters from the dsmp yeha yeah. All footage was recorded in october it’s now december LOL but that’s aight cause i’m currently on christmas holidays so i finally got to finish editing the video. i’m pissed how i didn’t get much footage tho LMAO
I made the vlog cause it was also my last year in junior high school n we’re actually moving to senior so might as well record a memory from our final year as juniors lol

for halloween I cosplayed ran boo and everyone a grade higher then me called me a simp except the ones who cheered. literally I went to get lunch and my friends told me after I left everyone was chanting "ran boo simp" over and over. I regret nothing. (I do feel bad for the girl who also cosplayed ran boo and got booed)

@RinBynneBunni my friend decided to do snowchester tubbo, so we started on coat, makeup, and wig and then after we added personal touches but if you want to cosplay him that’s the first few steps (also his goat ears)

Yeah, thank you 😭 I’ve been in many fandoms before, so i know how to act. most of the cringe cosplayers and dream smp fans are relatively new to the fandom stuff and don’t know the unwritten rules. thankfully i’ve outgrown my cringe phase years ago

2:02 Omg I feel so bad for them. Literally what happened to them is one of my biggest fears as a dsmp fan tbh. I actually went to school dressed up as Ranboo for Halloween, but luckily no one really was rude to me. Some people asked me why I was Ranboo, but I was lucky enough to have some people in grades below me walk up to those people and be like "um have you ever heard of the phrase comfort streamer before?". One person called me "dream stan" though, but honestly I barely even heard it so it didn‘t really get to me.
ON THE OTHER HAND, someone from my school joined the discord server I run for my grade and invited their friends just to call me "dreamsexual" and "talk about how much I like goggy". I was wheezing at that tho cause a) I‘m asexual b) I‘ve actually only seen 5 minutes of a dream stream before c) I like George, but I don’t talk about him since he’s not one of my absolute favorite streamers d) they all just jumped to conclusions just bc they saw my discord pfp was wilbur 😂😫🤚

I’ve cosplayed to school in Sapnap, Quackity, Wilbur, George, and Dream on multiple occasions. Gotta say it is really awkward when someone recognizes who you’re dressed as, so I feel you there
Also how did you make the shirt?
I bought a plain blue shirt at some store like target, then bought a white paint pen that was able to go on fabric. I drew the logo and made some final adjustments, the shirt was too long so i had to cut the end off and sew a new hem. It was a painful process… 😭
Sewing hems is the worstttt! Props to you that is some dedication
If you plan on making any more shirts in the future, what I invested in was a cricut for iron on vinyl which I used to make my dream and George shirt. Definitely worth it and less work than hand painting it but if you don’t plan on using it much then I would stick with the painting

ive cosplayed ranboo (not his mc skin, just the mask, glasses, and crown 💀) and george (this one was the mc skin, it was for the halloween dance) to school before. i ended up meeting a fundy, wilbur, skeppy, and dream. it was pure chaos 😩✨

On the last day of school for me, my friend and I cosplayed, I was quackity and they were Charlie and it was awesome. After school our friend group walked around town and we got barked at a lot, which sucked but it was still a fun cosplay day
I met a techno cosplayer once and I was doing Ranboo cosplay and some guys also said something like "those dsmp kids" but ignore them, awesome video :]

I COSPLAY TO SCHOOL ALL THE DAMN TIME- THIS WOULD BE A NORMAL DAY
We had a costume day at my school and one of my friends in a younger grade dressed up as ranboo. She’s like still in her cringe phase so I felt really bad for her. I don’t know if anyone said anything but I wanted to run when she told me she was dressing up as him. Love ranboo tho.
And later at a Halloween event at my school I saw a techno blade cosplay from a person in a younger grade. It was really cool and I loved the outfit but I’m afraid I’d be bullied. I only have one friend who’s into DSMP and she’s really nice but I’d never think she’d dress up as a character.
My school isn’t that bad about DSMP but I think I’d be nervous with cosplay.
Also isn’t it ironic how the BBH cosplay had weed?

Thank you so much! Me and my friends were also nervous about being called “dream stan’s” and stuff at school so we made our cosplays into “dsmp inspired outfits” (however mine was closer to a full cosplay). If you’re nervous, you could always make up outfits based off of the character you wanted to cosplay. Once you get comfortable with that you could def try to go in full cosplay! Don’t worry about what people think about you, it’s hard to get over the thought but once you do, it’ll be much more fun. Don’t let people ruin things for you!
