So nice to see more women with a hair texture, pattern, porosity AND density as mine. It’s really rare to find someone with so many similarities as my hair
Your hair is so cool 😎 Afro hair looks amazing in my opinion.. I have red hair when I was younger it used to be so bright.. Im the only one in my family with red hair..my brothers used to take the mickey all the time 😂🤣
I am so glad to see someone who looks like me with the same hair type . I can relate, especially when the hair gets crazy . 😊 I get stubborn when it comes to cutting my hair. What is that stretch do you ?
This makes me wanna shoot my curly hair routine video lol 😭. I use a lot of shea moisture products too, and I also just started using more of mielle's products, they are bomb. Def give them a try.
Hello beautiful. Yes, having your hair in a bun too often can do some damage. I did the same all last summer. It does take time to love your natural hair especially growing up in a society, or possibly a household, that didn’t make you feel comfortable with it. I also think we have moments when we do not love our hair just because we are so uncertain about how to care for it. I had to learn to embrace my hair even when it is out of control. It’s not always about taming it but just letting it go free! I do think you will have better results from not manipulating your hair at all. If possible, get a haircut that you think fits you. It will give you more of a fresh start. I was afraid of someone cutting my hair so I watched a video and did it myself lol. Also getting safe hair products and sticking to your routine are important. You do not need ten different products. I recommend using a safe shampoo, deep conditioner, leave-in conditioner, and a detangling brush. Make sure you do not wash your hair too often. Find an influencer that has a similar curl type as yours and see if they recommend some good products. Right after my “big chop” I stuck to the Jamaican black castor oil shea moisture products and had wonderful results. I am thinking about trying TGIN (Thank God it’s Natural) or Mielle because of their great reviews. Hopefully, I can review these soon! Do your best to keep your hair moisturized and use simple/gentle hairstyles if you feel it’s necessary to style it. If you feel the need to do buns then do loose ones and switch the spot it's in each day. 💗💗💗 Overall have patience with it. I had the conversation with myself that it’ll take time to have healthier hair no matter what products I use. When I was frustrated with my hair I wanted to find something to work overnight. You will see results over time by sticking to a safe routine. :) hope this helps ❤️❤️❤️
@@sosoraymond thank you this is great advise. My profile pic doesn’t show it but my texture looks just like yours so I will be watching you routines and trying them. Thank you again !

Now I can (try to) handle my hair properly and make them pretty!! ❤
God loves you all so so much 🖤🖤
You are so pretty ! Also if your hair dries fast and you often need to re moisturize it’s high porosity !

no devacurl please. will most likely damage your hair.
I’ve heard this more and more over the years. I’ll stay away from it. I don’t got time for damaged hair again.
😍🤤
