It's a unique building, although MoveIt! allows cloning of buildings so with that mod you could definitely put another one if you so wish by cloning the first one.
It's a glass bowl arena, but we do Teapots on this channel. So Teapot is my suggestion for the name of the island. It's quite simple, but I like that ☺ Revisiting New Tealand is always fun to see ♥

I think it would be nice to have some access to the water, behind the stadium. Imagine you are on the island with your kids and maybe a dog or two, surrounded by water, but no way to access it. It would be so refreshing on a warm day to just cool your feet in the water, and to give the kids and dogs an opportunity to get exhausted 😊

This is a bit of a luxury tourist area so I would like to see this little island called Tealuxe Cay. 'Tealuxe' is a hybrid of 'Tea' and 'Deluxe', which means elegant, luxurious, and 'Cay' reminds me of the quay surrounding the island and is spelled 'key' in American English (Florida Keys). This is a beautiful build, Biffa, loving it! But: your railway bridges each lacks a pier for the truss as it comes onto the island. It would also be nice if the bicycle highway could have a connecting ramp to the island.

I really like what you’ve got, I think maybe a small ferry on the tip near the sporting arena as well as the other would be a good idea, so there could be direct ferries, also maybe a ferry circuit just around this island as something tourists could do before catching a game
I made this comment only half way through the video, and I stand by it. This island is amazing! I think a good name for the team could be the Leaves. Then, the direct line ferry for the matches could be ‘set up by the team’

Not sure if this would be a good name of ArchTea Island come to mind for some reason as the arch is connected to the railway station, and then the ArchTea is a thing you get from The English Stamp Company according to Google with an sketch of an teapot and a teacup in a stamp looking thing. But you also had a lot of different things on that island like the different hotels, the sport arena and all the plazas, so the island is a specialized island, so the name SpecialisTea Island (Specialist and Tea)

On the little jut out piece, you should put a place that people can use those binocular stands to look across and around the city. A pedestrian observatory area, if you will.
A good sip of British cup of tea while playing Cities skylines also great content and reminds me of a football underground station to the football stadium and when walking up to while seeing stands and burger vans
I've said this so many times, if you want you're game to stop freezing/jumping then you need to clear your standby memory frequently! To check you're SB memory, press ctrl, shift, esc, to open task manager, then click on resource monitor at the bottom and see how much of your RAM is taken up by by memory. If all your free memory is taken up by SB memory, then I recommend you find a tutorial on TH-cam on how to clean your standby list.
I wonder if there was another Plaza of Transference elsewhere, a person might walk up the light beam and come out of the other one. As if its a futuristic transport of some kind.
I've really missed New Tealand! You seem to have been concentrating on your vanilla build and on previewing CS2, so it's been a while since we have saen my fave city of yours. I WILL be getting CS2 eventually, no doubt, but I am still mastering - and greatly enjoying - CS1, so I am in no great hurry, therefore speculation and learned predictions don't really interest me all that much. I shall wait until all the bugs have been ironed out and there is a library of CS2 infrastructure assets to be had, and probably also to be bored with CS1.
I would connect the bicycle Highway down to the new island paths and get rid of most of the parking. Make more paths from adjacent island. Set all interior speed limits to 10 so anybody driving there from the National Road has got to NEED to drive there, else they take a quicker route of train, ferry, bicycle or walking.
This "Glass Eye Arena" would be an engineering and maintenance NIGHTMARE at that location. It's a huge bowl of concrete, most of which is below the sea level of an ocean that is right next door. The amount of groundwater management that would be needed to even build the thing, let alone operate it in any kind of weather would be stupendous - and in an actual storm surge it would just be the new holding tank for a few orcas...
How about you name the island “FooTea Island” since there are football matches there? And how about adding a little wedding place at the pier you didn’t use, overlooking the sea!

Biffa...Did you miss connecting the walkway by the rocks near the ferry terminal to create a loop? Name it all the Island of Early Grey, put a castle/fort in the open space opposite the London Eye.
Don't the roads at the end by the London Eye need to be connected to the rest of the city? You could convert one of the paths to a pedestrian road or build a bridge across to one of the other islands there.
if you modify the land at the end of the island with the stadium, it could almost be spoon-shaped if you squint enough, and we all know you can't exactly stir in your sugar/milk/cream in your tea without a spoon
You should turn the square at the end of the road in front of the stadium into a bus loop and run a bus down the highway to a bus hub in either direction as like a shuttle, maybe even use fancy livery
seams like those ferry lines through that area need a little attention. looks like the loop where they turn around doesn't connect to that ferry terminal next to the loop. for the name, maybe name it for a biscuit? together the zone can be tea and biscuit islands?
It looks a bit like a rabbit so I would suggest Rabbitealand or Rabbit-Tealand. And as always it's a great work you've done with that little piece of land.

But somekind of statue, or a gorgeous lighthouse, but I only know of the small 3x3 one that I use... Not sure there's a big one on the workshop. Given the distances the sims have to travel and the number of options, I wonder if this city is anywhere near the node path limit. My current city hit the limit, I ended up having to ban cars from a lot of roads. Think I hit the limit as a result of cars looking for parking spots

hey biffa. could you do a small video on how to properly link up multiple metro lines and stations correctly? I've been struggling with that lately. I did find some success using dual platforms for metro so i could form a loop but now I can't figure out how to make another loop. the controls aren't giving me enough information.
