Larry sleeps on that. Similar to many Brits & due entirely to government failure- this stalwart feline 'sleeps rough' outside Britain's halls of power. Meow! As an American, its baffling, to see the PM’s #10 front entrance, so close to the security gate. There’s not much of a buffer there. Our white house has several hundred yards of buffer from the gate/fence to the building. Plenty of time for security to take action, against any lone degenerate.
