- Pokhara is THE adventure capital of the world and the ANNAPURNA Cable Car is part of that! This $9 USD cable car ride takes you to the top of the world it seem and offers some of the most glorious panoramic views of the Himalayan Peaks.
From Dhaulagiri in the west to Machhapucharre. and Annapurna II, you get to view all these spectacular peaks at the top of Sarangkot! The absolute feeling of calm and peace will hit you the moment you make way to their view points. And if you plan it correctly you can witness sunrise (they open at 5am) or Sunset (the last cable car goes down at 5:10am but still can see the sunset)! Or, you can always spend the evening at top as well which we suggest so you can make sure you see that sunset the morning after.
Either way, if you are in Pokhara make sure to check out the Annapurna Cable Car. Oh, and make sure you ask the driver to take you to the BASE of the Annapurna Cable Car so you can ride it up. There is actaully a road that takes you all the way to the top but that's no fun haha.

Your cable car noises are the best-they also tend to happen when the camera’s pointed at your faces that I can’t tell what the ‘Oh oh oh’s are about!
Wish you had more time at that viewpoint to take it all in. Truly blessed. But I was worried that you’ll be rushing downhill in your trusty Chucks (love my Chucks but tsk tsk, guys-I expected better haha) just trying to catch that last cable car!
