    Very cute. I made new ornaments each year for our tree. I'll be doing some of these to ad to them. Thanks for sharing your pattern.

    It was would be better if you could zoom in some at times, and also show your work as you go along. Hard to see the stitch at times. Also, does each row begin with chain 1? Thank you love this idea!

      @danabenedetti8753 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. After her first row of single crochet stitches into the foundation chain, she chains 1 before turning to do the other rows (time stamp 2:04)🙂

    Hello Heather, Loved making the trees. Thank you for the video!
    Can you please share how you joined them with the jute?

    • @HeatherCorinneCrochets
      @HeatherCorinneCrochets  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi there! I'm so happy you enjoyed them! I threaded the jute onto my tapestry needle and ran it through a few stitches on the back tops of the trees!

    Hi Corinne, since Christmas is around the corner, have you ever tried to make a big Christmas tree for wall hanging same style? Would like to know if you have a pattern for that. You see I haven’t had no Christmas tree in 12 years.. sound sad… but it’s all good. So with me picking up a new old hobby (which I miss) would like to make one for this year. Year long Christmas tree 😁. Can’t wait for the tutorial. Thanks God bless.

    Do you sc decrease at the beginning and end of each row as you don't specify. Thank you

    • @HeatherCorinneCrochets
      @HeatherCorinneCrochets  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Sue! No, you only decrease at the beginning of each row. Following along with the written pattern may help. www.heather-corinne.com/post/crochet-christmas-tree

    New to crochet over here- what do you mean at the start of row 2 that you go through the back stitch only? is this like the top or bottom or middle part of the Stitch?

    • @HeatherCorinneCrochets
      @HeatherCorinneCrochets  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Welcome to the crochet community! So there is a front and back loop in the top of the single crochet stitches from the previous row. We're crocheting into the back loop only (the one furthest from you) instead of through both of them.

    Hi, I don’t quite understand how to do the border as I’m new to crotchet. .

    • @HeatherCorinneCrochets
      @HeatherCorinneCrochets  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there! It took me a while to get the hang of borders when I was a beginner too. At minute 10:42, I begin working on the border. You're going to single crochet around the edges of the triangle. The only exception is a chain 1 in each corner. I hope that helps!

      @@HeatherCorinneCrochets approximately how many single crotches are on each side? I'm not sure where I am supposed to insert around the border for the single crochet

  • @TeresaFRIASAleman-ku3vp
    @TeresaFRIASAleman-ku3vp ปีที่แล้ว

    I was wondering if someone could explain this a little better. I’m learning to crochet. For the tree trunk, it doesn’t make sense to me. With 16 stitches, how you count 7 and crochet 6, it cones out uneven.

    • @HeatherCorinneCrochets
      @HeatherCorinneCrochets  ปีที่แล้ว

      It's possible the border is affecting the stitch count at the bottom. If you're going to do 6 stitches for the trunk, make sure you have the same amount on each side. Hope that helps. Thank you! Happy Holidays! 🎄
