Hey polecat did you notice that at 47:25 the suspect that you had pulled over had an active emergency arrest warrant that was approved and wasn’t closed?
I think being on the phone is WHY that rider crashed. Driving with one hand is what caused him to lose control. I would not be amazed if Stevie Turner heard the crash on the phone.
