    ఏ వ్యాధి అయినా నయం అయింది అంటే దానర్థం వ్యాధి రాకముందు ఏ విధమైన ఆహారం తీసుకుంటున్నామో అదే విధంగా మనం మరలా ఆహారం తినగలగాలి. అప్పుడే ఆ వ్యాధి నయమైనట్టు. అంటే షుగర్ వ్యాధి రాకముందు మనశరీరం ఏవిధంగా ఇన్సులిన్ ఉత్పత్తి చేసిందో అదేవిధంగా ఇన్సులిన్ ఉత్పత్తి చేయాలి అప్పుడే షుగర్ వ్యాధి నయమైనట్టు మిగిలినవన్ని షుగర్ను భొతిక మార్గంలో కంట్రోల్ చేయటం తప్ప నయంచేయడం కాదు.

      మీరన్నది నిజమే జ్వరం ఫ్లూ లాంటివి వచ్చి తగ్గినప్పుడు.
      అంతేకానీ షుగర్ విషయంలో కాదు అసలు మన ఫుడ్ హ్యాబిట్స్ కరెక్ట్ గా లేక. ఈ లైఫ్ స్టైల్ మార్చుకుంటే షుగర్ తగ్గుతుంది.
      మళ్లీ మామూలు ఫుడ్ తీసుకుంటే మళ్లీ మామూలుగానే షుగరు కనపడుతుంది.
