For those who don’t want to spend that much money here is what can be done : I live in a hot country where the water is never below 18 degrees But where there’s a will there’s a way ! I’ve bought myself a plastic tub just the right size for me to recline slightly in with knees up and with the water level up to my neckline. I keep 4 large metal food containers in my freezer and dump them in the bath ( I keep the same water for a few days ) After about 40 mn, my bath water reaches about 14 degrees which is enough to produce the desired effect of cold exposure benefits if I stay in a minimum of 3 mn. ( scientifically established) I prefer 5 mn and it’s true , the benefits are immediate and long lasting !!❄️ The whole system cost me less that 50$ 😊👍🏻
