I am BEYOND happy you had such an amazing experience in Abu Dhabi. I had a similar trip happen to me in Jan 2022 during covid. My whole life since that trip changed and I even came back for another time. I hope you get to go back to AD and tell us about how you got to experience the city and its wonderful people. i went in march! not sure if it was off-season but was definitely super hot outside! and yes i used a carryon but expanded it so it was a bit bigger - but still fit no problem in the business area of the plane
this was so exciting! I wanted to scream when you ordered the breakfast to your room when I knew that they most likely had buffet T-T hehe thank you fo sharing with us~

I wish I have such work trips. :D I know, it's not usual, but I'm working at the University so I'm usually staying at student dorms. :D :D Anyways, how do you like A Little Life? It's one of my favourite books!
it was tiring but i'm definitely not complaining!! enjoying it so far - just about 15-20% done and the chapters are so long so it's taking me a while to get through it!!
what is expected of you/ the expected output after attending the conference?
we facilitated a workshop where we gathered some feedback/ideas from people. afterwards we analyzed the feedback and combined it with some other research we did to present with some recommendations
