    Thank you!
    I've been wondering recently if ED meds would have a similar effect on women, given that the underlying structures of the penis and clitoris are the same tissues, and this was the information I really wanted. Doctors focus so much on restoring estrogen levels post-menopause, but tend to ignore that loss of testosterone has a significant impact as well.
    Thank you for the time you take to gather the information, the studies to support your statements, and for contextualizing conflicting data to give the broadest education experience. Your integrity grants you credibility and I hope you never sacrifice that.
    You are changing lives for the better with every video.

    This is a double edge sword. While it works from some women - it was my experience that the testosterone that was included in my wife's "pellet" treatments that started about 1.5 year ago made her so aggressive and hostile that she had to get off of it. The treatment seemed to start having a positive affect, but she actual took notice how short she was with clients and how angry she was ALL the time. Good bye physical relationship.

      You should look into finding a doctor of naturopathic medicine who is knowledgeable on hormonal therapy. Based on my experience in the bHRT forums, often practitioners who use pellets allow crazy high levels of T = it's unsafe!! Also with pellets there is no way to reduce it, if it's not working; it has to wear off.
      I use a low dose cream, that I can adjust immediately if the levels don't seem to be right.
      Wishing you the best.

I have been understanding and supportive for 8 years. She developed vaginitis. I had no problem abstaining. Then this therapy came along. I was optimistic but was naive to the side effects and only learned more after noticing a difference. I can't imagine a man showing his wife she is wanted both physically and emotionally more than I have the past 8 years. The modern world justifies a person finding their happiness outside their marriage if the other isn't fulfilling their needs. Unfortunately, most doctors in the US will not even consider treating women with testosterone therapy. My wife went through all the specialists in the Saint Louis area. All said zero proof that this works. Her only option was the hrt clinic getting pellets that required her to get cut open every 4 to six months. Hopefully, the US medical system makes better advances.

    Dr Malik, I've been using T cream for 18 months. 1MG twice daily which is pretty much the lowest dose my ND prescribes. A couple of months back I started applying it on inner thigh and now I have hair growth there. My levels are low too = free t at 2.3 after 2 months of this.
    Using a 1/2 dose at different parts of the body that don't normally have hair growth to avoid more.
    Any other ideas? My ND wants me to stop T but I'm pleased with the benefits, so am torn.

      Research/consider injections and discuss with a physician. From what I have researched, injections seem to give the best results with the least side effects.

      @shanecabbage2187
      My understanding is injections are common for men but not customary for women. It's been a bit more than two months since I noticed the hair growth. I'm very pleasantly at what's transpired. Hopefully, I've avoided the need for laser hair removal by avoiding putting the cream in that location. The hair is significantly less, lighter, less coarse, and grows slower. Plus, using half a dose on 2 body parts has increased levels. Likely because it gets rubbed in better.
