What about the front cv shaft angles? In full steering lock as it is they are prone to break, with differential locks engaged, Your step-up is going to be a disaster. Did you check the droop of the front suspension and alignment values?
Hahaha don't try to showoff these technical terms. He just increased ground clearance within very acceptable limits. If things are shifted some 3% it doesn't matter, as there is no point in trying to match the stock figures by spending 10 times more.

Spacers are a death wish. Never ever try these on adventure vehicles which are used in hills. Primarily spacers were made for show cars and race cars where you look at them regularly.
You have done it. Anywhere go GURKHA now. Congratulations. Force people should also make a beast like this. Then see how their sales go up. People in India demand such things
I've seen people do things like this, My only question is do the coils compress and expand evenly or are they compressed on the inner side compared to the wheel side in the fronts and curved towards the rear in the back. Will work for now, but expect the springs to crack when they get old. because all I saw were spring spacers. So technically that's just a spacer and not a lift kit. A body to chassis bush kit with larger tires would have done the same job more effectively without messing with the suspension geometry. This is just my POV cos I don't have money to burn. Also this is why I prefer International brands cos a Cheap or expensive lift kit can be soured from say Malaysia or Indonesia.
I installed heavy duty 2 inch lift kit < front struts and springs and shocks rear > on my 05 pajero .it increased the suspension travelling significantly. And allowed me to put 275 70 17 ATtyres .
Go back and revisit all those places where you praised Gurkha and critiqued Gurkha. It would be good to understand the before and after on both aspects. You could also take Thar along and do a comparison there as well.

Bro.. turning pe body roll badh jana chahiye or stability issues aayengi inclinations pe. Iska center of gravity kafi uncha ho gaya hai. I'd suggest you should add a heavy skid plate underneath and if possible extend the axel width by a few more inches.
Will the odometer readings be ok . That is one kilometre with the stock tyres be 1 km with the new tyres -- the circumference of the new tyres is larger so it will need less revolutions to cover 1 km than the stock tyres .
The vibrations are mostly in rear cross due to increased angle of prop shaft. Same issue I faced with same kit. Also taller tires DO NOT reduce CV angle. Yes it will settle a bit more with more unsprung mass but fundamentally tire size wont help you much to reduce CV angle after the lift.
I think many guys are not trying to imagine. CV angle increases as you pull the diff up with the body lift and there is a stretch in CVs as wheel hub goes far. As soon as we put bigger tires you again take the hub closer to diff as much as increase in the radius of the tire. My CVs have a very small angle while other Gurkha’s fitted with this kit on stock tires have very acute angle. The angle is the by product of vertical distance increase between wheel hub and front differential.
@@DCVExpeditions Exactly. The angle is byproduct of vertical distance between hub center and diff center. When spacer is introduced between shock and body, you increase that distance. With taller tires on you simply lift the whole hub along with vehicle body up keeping the angle same. It would have made difference if somehow only your hub went up and body remained at same height. But if force in shock remains same, the body also ideally should go up by similar height. With taller tires after some running, due to more unsprung mass, there is more settlement than stock thus you reduce some of that angle. But looking by the pictures you also have pretty similar angle as I had gotten with stock tires after a few kms running. But kudos to you for doing it. The truck looks superb. Very curious to see how it does power and stability wise. I am thinking I will go the middle route by reducing the spacer heights.
Now both Gurkha and you are looking fit and we hope to see both in action soon 👍 One small query...have you kept enough gap after trimming the fender to account for all the additional weight of camping and travel gear ?
