I’m not the greatest player to start off with but I jumped in ranked yesterday after the shield updates and got absolutely rolled by blitz and monty every round 😂 Other than C4’s and flanks i have no clue how to counter
Teamwork is needed against experienced ones. Tons of OPs counter them like lesion and ela but a simple crossfire between two different angles is hard to play against for the shield user.

I try my best to keep track of how many shots they have so I can switch when they are low. If I can swap and get them to interrupt their reloading animation so they only have the 1 bullet in the chamber, that's even better.
They made it easier to shoot the feet for all 3 operators. Best to use your enviroment to unexpose yourself. More people shoot for the feet now which means while they are trying to thread the needle for your toes, you can ADS and shoot them since laser increases your ads now.
@@azurath11 That makes sense! I noticed fewer shots at my face. And I've gotten away with ADS shots I wouldn't have pre- Deadly Omen. I'll try to keep this in mind, thanks!
at 4:27 you can observe a species known as the "shit player who doesn't deserve their rank." here we see a "diamond/champion" running away from the distorted shield operator with none of her traps on the rotate whole which every attacker goes through (seriously why isn't there one there) what we can figure out from this survival mechanism is that somehow a bronze got into your game because of the extremely tested and superior Ranked 2.0 System. i fucking hate siege, on console i hope you know champions and diamonds are not as good as platinum and emerald players. wish i was joking. my friend who is good at the game puts us in pretty high tier lobbies and it is genuinely easier to face champions rather than plats. not entirely sure why, but i'm a bronze usually so i really shouldn't do too well against them. sorry for the yappinator rant, just thought i would comment this. tldr; that bro was trash, ranked 2.0 sucks, console siege champions suck really bad.

do you switch weapons when the enemy runs out of ammo or with a full mag?

I've found that my feet are quite exposed when crouching, even when not moving. Have you found the same?
