I am waching your videos for more than a month now. And I am doing box breathing of 12 counts 2-times daily, since watching your deep breathing video.
I am 76 years of age and I have survived serious ills like cancer as well as a brain stroke. I am doing the breathing techniques since I want to be healthy in future.
I have tried this new breathing technique. But I could hold vaccum state only for 40 seconds. (At the first attempt only 20 seconds.)
I am confused which of the deep breathing techniques is better for me.
Please clarify me.
