As far as practicing speaking goes - if you don't have anyone to practice with you can always record yourself speaking and incorporate a few new phrases you want to practice each time and keep it saved so you can see your progress over time. I also have a video called 'advanced English practice with sentence starters' for practicing similar to a real conversation. Best of luck with your practice! :)
