VW Timing Belt Replacement

VW Timing belt replacement for a Polo TDI with AMF motor code, the video is in Portuguese but i think it will help you with the process.
To do the replacement you need to disassemble the passenger side stuff (filter box, engine mount, etc), and support the motor from the bottom. I filmed this process but unfortunately lost the video :(. You also need the tools to lock the camshaft and crankshaft in the right position. You can see how to lock the engine in the video (should be almost in the end of the video)
For this replacement you will need the timing belt kit with the following parts: belt, tensioner, tensioner new bolt and nut, roller, shock absorver.

Não. Verifica a correia dos acessorios (alternador) podes inclusive tirar fora e testar se a chiadeira desaparece.

A chiadeira é da bomba de água, alivia um pouco a correia de distribuição e resolves o problema da chiadeira..
