Would it be possible to get the distance and duration of the route back from google maps into access and then let access calculate the most optimal order of visiting addresses?

@@599CD For a small list you could try out each possibility, assuming of course you can access the journey duration.

For those who are trying to route more than 25 addresses, it doesn't work. You'll have to split the route up.
