Lovely...however the thought of "a bunch of crew standing adoringly with their hands clasp in front of them" is pretty creepy....I would never want such a stuff crew atmosphere, and have never treated my staff like "a polished trophy to "YES ME!."
They get paid great and free travel that's why they do it the 6 months they can't work I still pay them how much they make if they were working then free meals on top of it for a crew of 30 they get 25 USD a day for meals each
They're in the "ready" position - ready in a moment to help or fulfill any requests. Looks very professional to me. They're doing their jobs, they're not on vacation.
